V137 is an integrative practice for embodiment, bringing together movement, breathwork, IFS‑informed somatic work and nervous system education to support a more conscious relationship with body, mind and everyday life.
It is designed for individuals, leaders, entrepreneurs, wellness resorts and private clients seeking personalised care through an integrative approach to embodiment, regulation and sustainable wellbeing.

EMBODIMENT SPECIALIST
Veronik Gabbana is the founder of V137, an integrative practice for embodiment exploring the relationship between movement, the nervous system, conscious living and the timeless inquiry into what it means to be human.
Before founding V137, she spent more than a decade working across fashion, art and international communications. Living between cultures cultivated a sensitivity not only to aesthetics, but to the unseen patterns that shape the way we perceive ourselves, relate to others and move through the world.
Her work weaves together Evolutive Yoga, breathwork, IFS-informed somatic practice, nervous system education and the contemplative understanding of non-duality. Rather than treating these as separate disciplines, they become different ways of exploring the same question: how do we come into a more honest relationship with ourselves and with life?
For Veronik, embodiment is not a technique to master, nor a destination to reach. It is an ongoing practice of observation—a gradual refinement of awareness through the intelligence of the body, the breath and direct experience.
The name V137 is inspired by the fine-structure constant (1/137), a number in physics associated with light. The meeting point between science, nature and consciousness: the principles shaping the universe may also be reflected in the human experience.
V137 continues to evolve through ongoing education, interdisciplinary collaboration and a deep respect for both ancient wisdom and contemporary understanding of human wellbeing.
It is a living practice, one that honours curiosity as much as certainty, and experience as much as knowledge.

V137 Philosophy
Embodiment
The word Yoga comes from the Sanskrit root yuj — “to unite.”
For V137, embodiment is the living expression of that principle: an ongoing practice of remembering the relationship between body, mind, breath and awareness. Rather than separating the physical from the emotional, or science from contemplation, the practice invites a more integrated way of experiencing ourselves and the world.
Movement, breath and observation become pathways—not towards becoming someone different, but towards inhabiting ourselves more fully.
Why 137?
The name V137 is inspired by the fine-structure constant (approximately 1/137), a number that has fascinated physicists for generations because of its relationship with light and the structure of the natural world.
For Veronik, 137 is a greater symbol.
It reflects the intuition that beneath the apparent complexity of life there are patterns that can be explored through observation, nature and lived experience as much as through measurement. The number is an invitation to remain curious.
Ancient Wisdom. Contemporary Practice.
V137 exists at the meeting point between ancient traditions and contemporary understanding of the human experience.
Its foundations draw from Evolutive Yoga, breathwork, IFS-informed somatic practice, nervous system education and the contemplative perspective of non-duality. These are not separate methods to be mastered, but different languages describing the same inquiry:
How do we return to a more conscious relationship with ourselves, with others and with life?
As the practice evolves, V137 continues to grow through ongoing education, interdisciplinary collaboration and a commitment to both evidence-informed learning and the timeless wisdom found in nature.

V137 - Perspective
Modern life often asks us to override the body’s natural intelligence.
We move faster than our nervous system can integrate.
We produce before we recover.
We perform before we listen.
V137 begins by restoring rhythm.
Not by doing less, but by learning when to move, when to pause and when to trust the body’s own timing.

Rhythm Before Performance
01
Everything within us is in relationship.
Breath influences the nervous system.
Emotion influences physiology.
Thought influences perception. Attention changes experience.
Some traditions call this energy.
Science describes it through biology, chemistry and electrical signalling.
Embodiment is learning to perceive these subtle movements directly, not as concepts, but as lived experience.
The more aware we become of what moves within us, the more consciously we can respond to life.
Energy is the currency
02

The words we repeat become the stories we inhabit.
Every identity, belief and limitation begins as language, spoken by others or silently repeated within ourselves.
Through observation, we begin to recognise these inherited narratives rather than unconsciously living from them.
As our perception changes, our language naturally changes.
And from that, a different way of living becomes possible.
Language Creates Reality
04

Human beings were never designed to regulate alone.
Our nervous systems are constantly shaped by relationship, with other people, with nature, with our environment and with ourselves.
The ability to self-regulate does not arise through isolation, but through experiences of safety, presence and attunement.
From this foundation, resilience becomes less about control and more about capacity.
We learn not to escape life, but to remain present within it.
Co-Regulation &
Self-Regulation
05

Embodiment is not becoming someone else.
It is remembering that nothing essential was ever missing.
As awareness becomes lived experience, we begin to meet change with curiosity rather than resistance, and life with participation rather than control.
This is integration.
Not the absence of difficulty, but the end of the inner division between who we are and who we believe we should be.
Our experiences no longer define us; they become part of the intelligence we carry forward.
We stop searching for completeness.
We begin living from it.
Embodiment
06
Every inner transformation eventually becomes visible.
Not because we try to appear different, but because the way we relate to ourselves naturally shapes the way we relate to everything else.
